In order to differentiate which skill is your primary skill you need to add the time in which you have practised the skill.
You are adding a skill for a particular experience, education or certification and the time should not exceed the total number of years for the particular item.
For example, if you had worked for ABC company for 4 years and you gained the Management skill, you should not add more than 4 years.
